This is an action to quiet title to certain lands in Morrill county, in which plaintiff had decree as prayed, and defendant has appealed.
From the record in this case it appears that plaintiff holds record title in fee simple to the northeast quarter, the east half of the northwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the north half of the southeast quarter of section 21, and the west half of the northwest quarter of section 22, all in township 21 north, range 47 west, according to the original United States government survey.
