In this interlocutory appeal, Arbor E & T, LLC, d/b/a Rescare Workforce Services (“Arbor”) challenges the trial court’s order granting a plea to the jurisdiction by Lower Rio Grande Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc., d/b/a Workforce Solutions, Inc. (“Workforce Solutions”), See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(8) (West Supp.2012).
