I,This litigation involves a contract dispute over the sale and delivery of oxygen and nitrogen to a Louisiana facility currently operated by the plaintiff, Louisiana Pigment Company, L.P. The defendants in this litigation, Air Liquide America, L.P. and Air Liquide Large Industries, U.S. L.P., appeal the trial court’s denial of their declinatory exception of improper venue. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court judgment and render judgment granting the exception of improper venue and dismissing the lawsuit of Louisiana Pigment Company, L.P. against Air Liq-uide America, L.P.…
