Reversing.

This is an appeal by James C. Davis, Director General of Railroads, as agent under section 206, of the Transportation Aot, from a judgment for $3,000.00 rendered against him by the Breathitt circuit court in favor of Armelda Crawford, administratrix of the estate of D. B. Crawford, deceased.
