McVICAR, District Judge.

The Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division filed a complaint in this action for an injunction restraining alleged *555violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The answer denied the allegations of the complaint. The plaintiff filed interrogatories to defendant under Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c. The defendant filed objections to the interrogatories. Validity of the objections is now before the Court.
