Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Carroll, J.), rendered March 11, 1998, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of five years to life imprisonment.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing the sentence from an indeterminate term of five years to life imprisonment to an indeterminate term of four years to life imprisonment; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
