Appellant D.H. was charged with possession of marihuana in a drug-free zone. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.121, .134 (West Supp. 2009). She filed a pre-trial motion to suppress, which the trial court overruled. D.H. then pled true pursuant to a plea agreement, and the trial court adjudicated her delinquent and placed her on probation for eight months.…
