Se recurre de una sentencia que ordenó reponer a la demandante en su empleo con el pago de los salarios dejados de percibir desde que fue cesanteada y cualquier otro bene-ficio a que tuviera derecho. El tribunal de instancia for-muló las siguientes determinaciones de hecho, sobre las cuales no existe controversia alguna. La demandante comenzó a prestar sus servicios a la Puerto Rico Telephone Co. desde abril de 1972.
