INTRODUCTION

On May 15, 1985, the Court entered an Order for relief on the Debtor’s voluntary Chapter 11 petition. At the time of its filing, Debtor was in possession of certain photographic equipment, inventory, and accounts receivable (“the collateral”) in which Mark Twain St. Charles County Bank (“Mark Twain”) claimed to have a valid and perfected security interest.
