Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme *751Court, Queens County, rendered June 20, 1973, convicting him of attempted kidnapping in the second degree, upon his guilty plea, and imposing the sentence of an indeterminate term not to exceed 10 years, to run concurrently with previously imposed concurrent Federal terms of 10 years. The defendant was subsequently resentenced in the Federal court to serve concurrent terms of eight and one-half and four years.
