I. Appellant and appellee were equal partners in the business of selUng a certain make o~E cream~ separator. The partnership was formed in August, 1919, and continued until August 30, 1921. A bookkeeper was employed~ who appears to have had sole charge of the keeping of the books and accounts of the parthership.
