The prosecution appeals by leave granted from an order of the Kalamazoo Circuit Court reversing the denial of defendant’s motion to suppress evidence in the 8th District Court. The district court, in denying the suppression motion, rejected defendant’s contention that a search warrant was improperly issued because it was based on the results of a preliminary breath test (pbt).
