T1 Kanton Damont Thomas was charged with Count I, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana) in violation of 63 0.S8.2011, § 2-402, and Count II, Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony in violation of 21 0.8.2011, § 1283, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-2012-5639.1 Thomas moved to suppress the evidence against him, and a hearing was held on July 22, 2018.
