W. J. Strain brought complaint for land against A. J. Barnett and his wife, Mrs. Antoinette Barnett. The land sued for is described as follows: “Sixty (60) acres of land off of north part of lot number two hundred eighty (280) in the 13th district and 3rd section of Whitfield County, Georgia, beginning at the public road on the line between Carter and Mrs Miller *555and running along said road near to the new house on the corner between E.
