Reversing.
The grand jury of Pike county returned an indictment against appellant, Della York, Columbus Hensley, and Estill Hensley, wherein the three were accused of murdering Roby Williamson. A separation of trials was requested and granted, and the commonwealth elected to try appellant, at which she was convicted by the jury of voluntary manslaughter and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
