Plaintiff Allie Machens brought this action against the estate of his brother, Louis *20Machens, to recover damages based on an implied contract for services. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $60,000. The trial court entered judgment on this verdict, and the defendant-estate appealed. We affirm.
