This is an action in equity in which plaintiff alleges that she was wrongfully dismissed from her position as a full-time substitute public school teacher on February 26,1976. In her complaint in equity, filed February 22, 1978, plaintiff prays that defendant be ordered to reinstate her and to compensate her for lost wages and legal expenses.
