This is an appeal on questions of law from an order dismissing a second supplemental petition and also dismissing that portion of the original peti tion seeking an injunction. In his first cause of action plaintiff sought recovery of $2,500 as damages to trees and crops arising from the continnons flooding of his land with polluted water. In the second cause of action he sought an injunction restraining the defendant from further trespass upon his lands.
