In Error to the 'Circuit Court of the United 'States for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Upon Ernest Sharland’s application, two policies on his life, each for the sum of $5,000, payable in favor of his wife, the plaintiff in error, were issued by the Washington Life- Insurance Company, each policy being dated November 12, 1896. This action is' brought to recover the amoiint of said policies.
