COLE, J.
The appellant, Anthony Maurice Johnson, was tried and convicted by a jury on indictments charging him with abduction, robbery and two counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to thirty-one years in the penitentiary in accordance with the jury’s verdicts.
The issues raised by Johnson on appeal are: (1) whether the court erred in admitting in evidence an unmasked mug shot of Johnson which, it is argued, implicitly disclosed a prior criminal history; (2) whether the photographic spread of two sets of four pictures that was shown to the victim…
