In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the *805plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated January 31, 2008, as, upon reargument and renewal, granted the motion of the defendant William A. Butler, Jr., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
