HARTNETT, Justice.
Appellant Michael Righter appeals the Superior Court’s denial of his post-conviction claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. The Superior Court correctly found that Righter lacked standing to challenge at trial an alleged constitutional violation of the “knock and announce” rule as it applies to a search conducted pursuant to a valid search warrant. The Superior Court found that, because Righter was not present at the time of the search, he did not have a protected privacy interest in the structure searched and did not have standing to challenge the search.
