This matter comes before this Court by motion filed on May 19, 2004, by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (“Niagara Mohawk”) for an order allowing payment of administrative expense pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A) in the amount of $4,679,302.82 representing actual energy usage by Globe Metallurgical, Inc.
