Chet States filed this claim for workers’ compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney fees, alleging that he sustained an injury to his neck, right arm, hand, and back as a result of lifting boxes of meat in the course and scope of his employment with Albert-son’s, Inc., at its Lafayette, Louisiana store.
