CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing.

On June 24, 1974, movant pleaded guilty to three separate charges of rape, first degree robbery, and the operation of a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner. Before movant entered his plea, the prosecution submitted its recommendation that he receive concurrent prison terms of twelve years, five years, and two years, respectively.
