¶ 1. This case involves a dispute between an insurance carrier and one of its policyholders. Acuity Mutual Insurance Company increased Miguel A. Olivas' worker's compensation insurance premiums when it concluded that other workers who accompanied Olivas to his jobs were actually his employees. Olivas failed to pay these increased amounts, and Acuity sued. Acuity takes the position that we should treat this case like other worker's compensation cases.
