The defendant, the Newport County Regional Young Men’s Christian Association (defendant or YMCA), petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari after a ruling in favor of the plaintiffs, Ruth Henderson, Margaret Lama, and Taylor Lama Henderson (collectively plaintiffs), permitting discovery of a report composed by the Praesidium Group (Praesidium report).
