FELDMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Charles Safford was employed by defendant PaineWebber as an investment executive and stock broker from March, 1982 through March 25, 1985. After his termination from employment, plaintiff was investigated by the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. The investigation was allegedly prompted by defendant’s statements on the “U-5 form” that it sent to the National Association of Securities Dealers.
