Appellee sued appellants in assumpsit to recover $500. After various rulings on special pleadings the cause was tried without a jury and the court assessed appellee’s damages at $511.51 and appellants entered a motion for a new trial. Thereafter appellee conceived that the court had erred in her favor in rulings upon the pleadings and she confessed the motion for a new trial and thereafter certain rulings upon the pleadings were rescinded.
