OPINION

DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

James Thompson ("Thompson") appeals the post-conviction court's denial of his petition for a new trial.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Whether the trial court erroneously denied Thompson's post-conviction petition for a new trial.
