Timber Pines Plaza, LLC v. Zabrzyski

Timber Pines Plaza, LLC (“Timber Pines”), appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion to compel arbitration on a counterclaim brought by Richard Zabrzy-ski and Grazyna B. Machnik (collectively, “Appellees”). For reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court’s order and remand with instructions to grant Timber Pines’ motion to compel arbitration.
