BURKE, Judge.

Sherman Lee Campbell was convicted of arson in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-7-41, Ala.Code 1975, and of domestic violence in the third degree, a violation of § 13A-6-132, Ala.Code 1975. Campbell was sentenced to 25 years’ imprisonment in the State penitentiary for his conviction of first-degree arson and was sentenced to a one year in the Madison County jail for his conviction of third-degree domestic violence, the sentences to run concurrently. As to his arson conviction, he was ordered to pay a fine of $3,000 and, as to his domestic-violence conviction, he was fined…
