OPINION

BASSLER, District Judge:

This matter comes before the Court on three evidentiary motions arising during the course of trial. Limitation Plaintiff, Nautilus Motor Tanker Co., Ltd. (“Nautilus”), moves to:' (1) suppress opinions and conclusions from the United States Coast Guard report; and (2) introduce into evidence prior inconsistent statements from the deposition of Thomas Junay dated February 3, 1992.
