Introduction

This case arises from two insurance claims for successive casualty losses to the roof of a shopping mall. In six issues, appellant G.L. Harris asserts that the trial court erred by rendering a take nothing judgment against him because he proved his hail damage breach of contract and articles 21.55 and 21.21 claims as a matter of law, the trial court erred by refusing to submit his requested jury question on breach of contract, and the jury’s failure to find that American violated article 21.21 and its finding that Harris’s negligence caused his…
