Appellant Wilson Antonio Price was convicted by a Pulaski County jury of the capital murder of Keith Harris and sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. He now appeals, alleging one point of error: that the circuit court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict, because the State failed to introduce substantial evidence that he caused the death of the victim under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human fife.
