(after citing the provisions of the acts of April 19, 1852, March 31, 1853, and March 31, 1854): By the act of 1852, under which the sale of this lot was made, the deed is conclusive in all courts that the proceedings have been regular, from the valuation of the land up to the execution of the deed; and also of the existence of all .conditions precedent in auy way affecting its validity.
