Appellant Kenneth D. Hudson appeals as a matter of right from a judgment of the Christian Circuit Court convicting him of murder as an accomplice. Appellant argues on appeal that the trial court erred in declining to instruct the jury on theories of accomplice liability for first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, and reckless homicide. He preserved the issue for appellate review by tendering to the trial court jury instructions on the lesser offenses he desired and by objecting to the trial court’s refusal to use them.
