This is the defendant-appellant’s, Cookie A. Hunter (“Hunter”), appeal from his judgments of conviction, after a Superior Court jury trial, of Assault in the Second Degree (“Assault”), Resisting Arrest with Force or Violence (“Resisting Arrest”), and Driving Under the Influence, First Offense (“DUI”). Hunter raises two issues in this direct appeal.
