In a proceeding to compel an accounting of the estate of Karen Jergensen, the claimant appeals from (1) an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Kings County (Bloom, S.), dated April 14, 1986, which denied her motion to disaffirm the report of the Referee, dated August 22, 1985, recommending that her claim be denied, confirmed that report, and dismissed the petition, and (2) so much of an order of the same court, also dated April 14, 1986, as allowed claims against the estate for counsel fees and welfare assistance.
