The Bill was exhibited in February, 1820, by John F. Coche, and Anne, his wife, who was Anne Ronald, and Elizabeth Ronald; and sets forth, that William Bentley, in the year 1793, together with Samuel Pleasants and John Swann, qualified as Guardians of the female Plaintiffs, and of their sister, Jane Ronald, and executed a Guardian’s Bond, with four sureties, (naming them;) that the sister, Jane, died some time afterwards,…
