In this medical malpractice action, plaintiff, the personal representative of the estate of Robert McNeil, deceased, appeals as of right from an order of the Tuscola Circuit Court that granted summary disposition to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7). The trial court held that plaintiffs claim was barred by the statute of limitations. We reverse.
