MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
Introduction
This cause is before the court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Remand (Doc. # 7) filed on August 23, 2002. The Plaintiffs originally filed this lawsuit on July 2, 2002, in the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County, Alabama. The Complaint alleges a claim for breach of warranty under Alabama state law and a claim under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq. The Defendants received service of process on July 9, 2002, and they timely filed a Notice of Removal (Doc. # 1) to remove the action to this court on August 5, 2002.…
