Appeal from an order of the County Court, Queens County, denying, without a hearing, appellant’s application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to set aside a judgment of said court rendered October 15, 1947, convicting him of kidnapping, rape in the first degree and assault in the second and third degrees. The judgment of conviction was affirmed by this court (People v. Kulikauskas, 273 App. Div. 978) and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals was denied by a Judge of that court.
