Clarence E. Page was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1)), driving with an unlawful blood alcohol level (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (40), and failure to maintain lane. He was acquitted by a jury of the lane charge and convicted of the two DUI counts. He now appeals.
