RAINEY, Chief Justice.

This is a suit by injunction brought by J. B. Reasonover, against E. L. Rains and others in the District Court of Kaufman County, to enjoin the execution of a judgment rendered in the County Court of Kaufman County, in favor of E. L. Rains against Dick Turner and B. Reasonover, for the want of jurisdiction to render said judgment in said cause. Upon a trial in the District Court judgment was rendered enjoining said County Court judgment and Rains appeals.
