The defendant published in its newspaper an article describing the conduct of a prisoner brought before the Municipal Court of Boston, and the proceedings of the court in the case, designating him as “ H. P. Hanson, a real estate and insurance broker of South Boston.” He was, in fact, a real estate and insurance broker of South Boston, and the article was substantially true, except that he should have been called A.
