This is a summary proceeding to recover the possession of the premises 777-779-781 Manhattan avenue, in the borough of Brooklyn and city of New York.

Herman Goldberg and Gustave J. Goldberg are the owners of record in fee of said premises. On or about the 5th day of March, 1915, Emma M. Banker, individually and as executrix of the last will and testament of Edward Banker, deceased, and Sophie Banker White, they being at that time the owners in fee of said premises, entered into a lease in writing with Charlotte Case, Anna A.
