Appeal by defendant from an order denying his motion to set aside service of the summons and complaint for lack of jurisdiction.

Plaintiff as special administratrix of the estate of Theodore M. Hughes brought this action for damages for the wrongful death of the decedent as a result of an automobile accident which occurred in Hennepin county on May 12, 1946.
