WILLIAM V. ALTENBERGER, Chief Judge.
This case involves the soybean seed industry and the production of soy bean seed (soybean seed). The industry background is as follows. A developer develops a particular variety of soybean seed (foundation seed). The developer then licenses the rights to reproduce the foundation seed and the right to market the reproduced seed to a dealer. The developer also supplies the foundation seed to the dealer.
