Defendants are owners and landlords of what is photographically depicted as an old wooden apartment building at 8762-8764 Russell street, in Detroit. The building consists of 5 apart-, ments and a.store. ■ The infant plaintiff was one of a family to which the upper rear apartment of the building had been let by defendants.
